For all those who have the following problem: admins cannot take a PBSS image of a player in the game, or have a PBSS image in negative.
Worst option: If his picture can't be taken, he may have a blocker, or use a cheat. On 95% of black PBSS servers are automatically banned because the player is considered cheating,
We need to start from the beginning: make an update of all drivers via various free driver updater tools (DriverPack Solution recommendation, there is link, update the graphics card, windows update, make an update of the game that offers it while connecting to the server if that doesn't help either it's possible to up to the COD version, it has Nonsteam, Repack, Blackbox, these are the modified versions. If that doesn't help either, reinstall the game and install a valid version of the game (no wild versions of Codex, 3DM, Plaza, TinyIso, Cpy, Black Box, Unlocked, and various repacks. These are modified versions, without the various required files, or more simply, not classic installation). The best version is "Razor 1911". Of course you need to download and install all the patches. Let him download the version from Razor 1911, install everything he offers - direktx, pb, etc., and then reinstall version 1.8 and he will have to work, he will be able to take PBSS.
If there is still black PBSS after all this, the player is cheating and we have banned him.
In case you have a negative image (no color in game)in the game, replace cfg games (config_mp.cfg) with another version. Negative images occur due to the automatic shutdown of fulbright, some config files have certain settings, and there is a texture conflict and a negative image is created.
I hope I helped at least a little if you have any of these problems.

Hi Guys,
I've read the article from the Cod4x Forum about the Linux and I learnt that the black screen problem occurs on both platforms Windows and Linux but more often with Linux.
As I can guess, iss-server sends a screenshot request to a player-client periodically. I do not know what logic stays behind the screenshot request mechanism. Maybe there is some timing condition or sth. My suspictious is the server does not receive screenshot on time from the client and generates blank screenshot. The issue may happen when there is a short interruption of the internet connection. We can arrange a meeting and test this scenario if you want.
It is quite unfair when I am not aware of blank screenshot at all.
My temporary solution for the blank screenhot problem is: ask a player to take a few screenshots in a row with a small delay in between and then check if each screenshot is blank. Or server may ask for a new screenshot once encountes blank screenshot - double check approach.
Regarding the admin icon, please note that each of us has unique player name, player rank and so on. Having that in mind, the servers can distinguish us from each other. So each player has sth unique which means it is possible to solve the admin icon problem somehow. I play Cod4 in combination with Steam, there is no another option to play (there is an error while connecting to server without Steam). I would solve the admin icon problem by checking SteamID instead of PlayerID. I think SteamID is more reliable than PlayerID. I've done quick revise of the Cod4x server source code and I saw there is sth like SteamID. I guess, the Cod4x client sends SteamID each time a player connects to a server. I do not know what is PlayerID, how this information is calculated. SteamID must be unique because it is provided by Steam client which retrives this info from the Steam Server.
By the way, Is iss-server up to date?
I saw screenshots from today and yesterday - it does not look good.
I've posted a comment about the issue on Cod4x forum:
https://cod4x.me/index.php?/forums/topic/4255-how-to-install-the-cod4x-client-and-steam-on-linux-using-wine/&do=findComment&comment=23288
And I got ruthless answer:
"You can't. Move on to another server."
